At VÉLOR 23, every piece is carefully inspected before dispatch to maintain premium quality standards. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns & Exchanges

* Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the product received is damaged or incorrect.
* An unboxing video is mandatory for both return and exchange requests.
* The video must be clear, uncut, and recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened.
* Requests without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.

Eligibility Conditions

* The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
* Approved requests will be eligible for replacement or exchange only.

Request Timeline

* Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery through email or Instagram.
* Requests raised after 48 hours may not be accepted.

Non-Eligible Cases

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

* Change of mind
* Minor color differences caused by lighting or screen display
* Damage caused after use or washing

Quality Inspection

* Once the product is received and inspected by our team, the exchange or replacement process will be initiated if approved.
